On-side Training

Certification

INDTC&T provides ASNT level I and level II certification and examination to meet the requirements of ASNT, customer specific written practice and other internationally recognized certification schemes in Ultrasonic Testing (UT),  Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT) and Radiographic Testing (RT).

Consulting

We provides consulting, preparing procedure, written practice, third party Level III Services, witness services, WPS/PQR Review and other Quality Assurance & control services ( Q A&C) . Witness services by Level III, Level II and CWI inspector. The Level III Services are available in the area of Radiography Testing (RT), Digital Radiography / Radioscopy Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) and Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT)

Specialized Quality NDT Inspection

Having built an excellent reputation in the Industrial NDT, INDTC&T plans to extend NDT services into other areas in order to fill up the gap of our valuable client’s requirement.

 INDTC&T is providing other various specialized services such as assessment of storage tank, Eddy current testing of condenser tubes, feed water heater, heat exchanger tubes and air conditioners, tube inspection with IRIS, Positive Material Alloy Identification (PAMI), in-situ mettallography for the identification of metal/ alloy type, assessment of micro structural condition where removal of test specimen is not possible, identification of metal corrosion under insulation (CUI), material identification (PMI) and Weld Inspection.

 INDTC&T considers promoting Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) Test service for the determination of pipeline weld defects in its Future Facility Expanding Agenda.

 With its experienced in-house Level III Engineers, Metallurgist, IT and other experts, INDTC&T is able to provide customized solutions for client’s inspection and NDT needs with a complete one-stop solution package, a single service team.

NDT Inspection services are available in Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT), and Radiographic Film Interpretation.

Ultrasonic Testing

Ultrasonic Shear Wave testing of welds as per ASME Sec. VIII, AWS D1.1 and other codes/specifications. Crack detection and sizing in welding, casting, forging and rolling product.

Magnetic Particle Testing

Visual and Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Testing using Yokes and Coil methods, Dry and wet type magnetic particles inspection.

Liquid Penetrant Testing

Visual and Fluorescent, Solvent removable and water washable penetrant testing as per different codes and specifications

Radiographic Film Interpretation

Radiographic film interpretation as per ASME Section VIII Division I UW 51 and UW 52, API 5L, API 1104, AWS D1.1 and other codes and specification used in engineering practices
